Hi, I’m CC!

I’m a strategist with experience in program development, organizational strategy, and community building.

I drive change across operations, products, organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders in multiple disciplines. I bring operational excellence and clarity to complex projects by leveraging my background in qualitative research, organizational development, and human-centered design.

Recently, I was a program manager at Twilio, managing enablement programs & workflows for engineering, product, and design and leading employee experience programs for the R&D Department. Previously at DESIGNxRI, I created programs, curricula, and business initiatives to help Rhode Island’s creatives & design sector thrive. Before at Design for America, I managed a national network of students & innovators using design for social impact.

I studied Social Policy and International Studies at Northwestern University. I developed financial literacy courses for newly resettled refugees at International Rescue Committee. I conducted research for asylum seekers at the Center for Forced Migration Studies.

I love music, stories, and experiences. I’ve volunteered at RI State Council on the ArtsRI Council for the Humanities, and other amazing local nonprofits in RI. I actively mentor students and early career professionals. On off days, you can find me deep-diving in jazz or Korean indie music, watering plants, or catching Pokémon.
